Hi Suzi, I just wanted to let you know that I love everything about coming to Pilates at your studio and actually enjoy exercise for the first time in my life. I can feel the classes making me stronger, improving my balance and coordination and I am aware of my improved mobility. I just wish I’d found Suzi Staden Pilates 20 years ago!
I am really loving my classes, Suzi and the other teachers run it all so well! For someone who is naturally unbalanced and a bit clumsy I didn’t think I’d come to love Pilates as much as I did So thank you!
I just had to tell you that in the three years I’ve been doing Pilates for Bone Strength, the bone density in my spine and hips has improved. My spine 3 years ago was at -3.7 and is now -3.2. Still Osteoporotic but so much stronger. I put much of this improvement down to walking lots and doing Pilates, so thank you Suzi and Anne-Marie.
Hi Suzi, I thought I’d let you know that you were right and I’m really pleased I joined the equipment class, it’s not easy but I’m definitely feeling a lot stronger!
