If you’ve found yourself here, chances are you’re feeling the weight of stress, tension, or even past trauma — and you’re ready for things to change. Whether it’s that nagging back ache that never quite goes away, the racing thoughts that make it hard to sleep, or the lingering effects of PTSD, you don’t have to carry it alone. ​In our workshop, we combine the gentle grounding of Pilates with the powerful release of TRE to create a unique, whole-body approach to healing. Together, these two practices help you reconnect with your body, calm your nervous system, and release what has been held for too long. We start by gently bringing awareness to your body through Pilates, supporting better movement patterns and easing pain. From there, we invite in the natural tremoring response of TRE — a safe, innate process that helps the body shake off stress, release tension, and move back towards balance.
