Book a Class
For mat classes we offer a 1:1 lesson or you can book straight into a beginner class.
For reformer classes we offer either a group or a 1:1 introductory lesson.
If you already practise Pilates, please use our Contact Us page detailing your level of experience and which classes you are interested in.
1:1 Introductory lesson
A private 1 hour introductory lesson, ideal if you have health issues, injures or are recovering from surgery, or are just unsure which class to choose. We will assess your movement ability and guide you into the most appropriate class for your needs.
Mat Pilates - Group
Beginner class
A block of 5 beginner level classes where you will learn the fundamentals of Pilates in a group environment.
Reformer Pilates - Group
Introductory lesson
A 1 hour, group introductory lesson, where you will learn how to use the reformer safely and recap the Pilates fundamentals of lateral breathing and centring. After this, you can sign up to a beginner group class.
