You are welcome go straight into one of our beginner group classes, or book a private introductory lesson, the choice is yours.

New to Mat Pilates and have some questions you would like answered? Book a one-on-one intro for a more bespoke introduction where we can go at your pace and tailor the lesson to your individual needs.

In your session we’ll go through the Pilates fundamentals of alignment, breathing and centring and learn what to expect in a group class.

Entry level classes where the basic moves are mastered. Suitable for those new to Pilates or returning after a break. If you are experienced, please contact us via our contact page, detailing your level of experience so that we can guide you into the most appropriate class.
