Why Reformer?
The Pilates Reformer offers a resistance-based workout to build strength, length and flexibility. If you are experienced on the Reformer, please contact us via our contact page, detailing your level of experience so that we can guide you into the most appropriate class. If you are new to the Reformer, it is essential that you book a Reformer introductory lesson before you join one of our group classes (see below).

1:1 introduction

A private session where we teach you how to use a Reformer safely, assess your ability and teach the Pilates fundamentals. A good option if you want to work at your own pace and find out a little more about Pilates before joining a beginner group.
Group introduction
£17
A group session (7 people max) where we teach you how to use the reformer safely, assess your ability and recap the Pilates fundamentals. We will then guide you into the most appropriate class.
